Manual 96 and 384 Format Tube Seal Separator

The MatriCutter-i is a manual instrument designed to cut the heat sealed foil layer on 96 or 384 format MatriCal tube racks for individual tube handling. This innovative foil sealing system eliminates evaporation of samples during storage, and is a cost effective alternative to tube cap enclosure. This single function tool is designed with ultra durable materials for repeated bench top use, and is easy and safe to operate. The MatriCutter-i allows for reliable separation of individual foil sealed MatriTubes. Simple design including a dual-position plate carriage ensures robust operation.
